Does anyone know of any local organisations to help support Autistics/Aspergers specifically?

Please let me know!

Or if there are any plans for this?

We are aware of the mental health organisations and living support organisations, but there doesn't appear to be any support in regards to living with Autism and how to cope in Cornwall.

Take a look at https://switchedoncare.com

The dreadnought centre in Redruth are doing amazing work: https://www.thedreadnought.co.uk

Also might be worth taking a look at Cornwall Council Autism strategy:

We are currently working with a national charity called Camphill Village Trust - we provide a safe, accessible and secure online platform for adults with learning disabilities.
Watch the video on their home page to see how it works https://www.cvtconnect.org.uk/

Hi there,
We are a new social enterprise, offering tailor made counselling to people with learning disabilities and autism and the people in their lives. Have a look at our profile on ASK, I've literally just created it! Or our website: justyoucounselling.org or fb page. Or get in touch via our contact details/email.
Obviously, being a small team and having been kind of 'steamrollered' by the virus just as we were getting out of the starting blocks (in terms of what we can offer and also in terms of funding - any help/pointers welcome and appreciated) we are finding ourselves in a kind of enforced hybernation. We are using this time to really think about how we can adjust our offering in terms of what is possible at this moment for us personally and for the people we aim to support. It would be great to start a conversation with you and anyone who has any input about what people really need in terms of mental health support at this time. Face to face counselling may not be possible to offer safely (or even logistically) for some time, what other things would people welcome that a service like ours could provide?
