Health care professionals often struggle to help people who live with pain which can result in not-so-good happenings like prescribing too many drugs.

We know there are alternatives to pills (things like being more physically active, getting out more, thinking differently about our symptoms, learning to sleeping better) which help.

However we don't know who needs what and where.

Please help us find out how we can help the large number of folks out there who struggle with pain day to day.

Thank you.

Sean has shared his personal story. We know that everyone's needs are different, we want to understand more, so let us know your thoughts.
