I was a previous cronic sufferer from depression and Anxiety, I found my way out of the is with Mindfulness and NLP. and as a result very rarely struggle with either. So i have studied and qulified as a mindfulnes therapist anf NLP MAster practitioner.
It is not neccessary to stay in suffering it is possible to change the way you think therefor change the way that you feel. understanding and stippoing anxiety, derpession, stress and worry from taking over.
